I always read up about free financing and or how afforable it is, etc. but I WANT A PRICE TAG If not exact, at least an estimate.

i made an appointment for but tlc and lasik plus in san diegotlcvision.com lasikplus.comthey are weeks about from each other. im goin to lasik plus this next saturday.my question where is the best place to get custom lasik or bladeless lasik done? and which one is better?i been lookin all over the net and this 2 companies seem like the way to go. but i need to do as much research as possible i mean its a big deal you know. please share any info u have.the optometrist at the naval hospital approoved me for lasik surgery at the naval hospital in camp pendleton, the thing is they put you on a waiting list blablabla well im about to get out in 2 months and im no longer a candidate for lasik because you have to have at least a year left before your surgery. anyways im looking to work for border patrol but i need lasik since my eyes are like 20 400.im now im goin to pay for it but i dont want to get the least experience doctor for the cheap price.im willing to spend about 4400 dollars.
Lasik eye surgery, did Lasik Plus lie to me?
So I'm interested in getting Lasik eye surgery, my eye sight is real bad. My glasses pretty much magnify my eyes, so I want to get lasik eye surgery. My doctor at pearle vision told me a couple years ago that I should wait a couple years before getting lasik, however he claimed that I would be a great candidate for it. So a couple months ago I went into lasik plus for a free check up, the claim was it would take an hour and a half to be examined and to find out whether or not I am a good candidate. I went in, my exam was about a half hour, I expressed to the examiner that I want to get lasik in a few months and that I wasn't read at the present time, and that I only wanted to find out whether or not I was a good candidate. After a half hour of being examined they came back and told me that I wasnt a good candidate and basically rushed me out the door. Because of how they rushed me out and the examination took less than what they claimed it would take, I'm wondering if they lied because I wasnt interested in getting the surgery done the same day? Should i get a second opinion?at the time of the exam I had no insurance, however even though I now do have insurance, I still have to pay for the surgery out of pocket. I'm fine with paying for it, just when I'm ready for the surgery.Also, I know that I suffer from astigmatism in both of my eyes. They claimed that my cornea was too flat, like a wall and that disqualified me as a candidate. I've heard that flat corneas and canddiates with astigmatism are the best candidates.
Lasik plus eye surgery: Promotions?
I'm thinking of doing lasik plus eye surgery. The place that i went to do my exam had a promotion that expired. Can you tell me how often they do promotions? What kind of promotions have you seen? They offered me $200 off total. I just saw one that was $400 off and no interest for 12 mo. Any help?
