I just had lasik eye surgery about a week ago, can I use Visine redness relief eye drops?

I asked my Dr. and he said it's ok to wear contact lens before u do lasik eye surgery. U can take off ur contact and wear glasses a month before the lasik. But the other Dr that my dad had known said u can't do the surgery after u wore contact lens?? I'm confusing cause I'm 15 now, and i want to do the surgery when I'm 21 years old. I also want to wear contact lens cause it's easier to play sports or activities. Somebody had worn contact lens and had done Lasik surgery before please share and help me. Thanks a lot.

I knew someone who had it done at age mid 50s and her vision didn't get any better, I think there was some complications and she had more problems with her eyes than she had before. Could it be that her doctor was bad? One of my eyes is 2.25 and my other eye is 4.75 but its getting more blurry, so im assuming that it has increased . Should I get a laser surgery? I hate having contacts in my eyes because you can only wear them for so long. Also, is nearsightedness genetically inherited?im 17 years old

LASIK eye surgery aftercare?
I have had LASIK eye surgery. 24 hours after surgery my surgeon removed a contact which he had placed over the left eye which was put there to avoid severe pain discomfort. I can see clearly from my right eye, but vision in my left eye is blurred and bloodshot from having the contact removed. Has anyone experienced this or heard of this, and will the sight in my left eye improve?
